MilleDollari.com promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. We take pride in delivering on time, every time and everywhere in India!! If you have shopped with us earlier, we are of course confident that you already vouch for us!

Are there any shipping charges?

We deliver free of charge to any address in India via reputed courier partners.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If you have ordered a product from the Regular Collection, the product will reach you within 5-7 business days. If you have ordered a product from our Make to Measure, Customized Collection or Exclusive collection, it will take approximately 15 to 20 business days for delivery. Upon confirmation of your order, you shall receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

Orders placed after 5 P.M IST on any day are processed next day.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?

We ship 6 days of the week. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays. You can expect delivery of your order on any of the business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

How can I track my package?

We will keep you updated on the status of your order from the date of order till dispatch through our Order Tracking Id. On dispatch of your order, you will receive your shipment details & tracking number by e-mail. You may simply check the status by visiting the courier partner’s website.

If you do not receive our delivery confirmation e-mail or face any issue in tracking your order, please contact us via email or through phone.

What happens if I am not Available at the time of Delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.

I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?

The current logistics infrastructure in India doesn’t allow us to expedite further at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. For international shipping, the rates would be applicable as per fedex, our logistic partners and the duties to be levied as per the delivery country’s duty structure. This will be added to the prescribed MRP.
